Alchemy is an exceedingly ancient system from both the east and the west, I have been taught about, and do practice aspects from both. I agree with your saying to incorporate and integrate different teachings that work. I have been doing that and have found it very beneficial.
Undoubtably there are methods that I do not know about. It is a learning process.
It speaks in many tongues.
All similiar, you just have to find the RIGHT words!
From WATER to FIRE! Then whatever you need…

I would say this,
Just really focus on the Aspect of transmuting the Physical Body into
pure spirit. Through Dissolving.
Actually there is a very high level way of dissolving that some MISFITS on
this site have spoken about!
They were down played by many people on this site.
It was quite hiliarious. But there methods of communication were not
suitable for the population!Actually what they were describing was something more advanced than
yin and yang.
Actually yin and yang leads to this advanced method which is like hands free. Interchanging between the two produces maximum benefit.Though, there is even a higher METHOD! One that works with mysterious ease.
Like I said, only through initiation on certain things.
Tieing things together gives you a powerful conncoction for ALCHEMY.Ask for guidance with wisdom and grace, gentleness ….. Ask and you shall receive.
The trick is to ask in the right way and for the right things.

Humility=humane=human.I can process anything.

But this question has no body.

The planes are the mother.I bows to no body.
Why do you bow to the vow?
It kills potency.
Potentas=king.
It makes you slave.If vow makes it all, then also unvowed makes it all.
Thus no word is necessary of such lineage.Of course the I is not the false I. The I is also not me.

I speaks. No differentiation between I and he.
You speak to I. No me, just I.
It is precise wording. Ordinary wording grammar is not supportive of such way. It demands methaphorical speak.Potency? Slave?
Is vowing to bowing such demeanor
Or is it the mental and ego connecting to give such illusion
The I is held in each cell
The I is what we are and what we are not
My I is not your I
For my I the vow is there
It is what gives my I sustenance
No Slave to one nor other
Only one with Tao and what is and what is not.There are I warriors and there are I seekers
To be one or the other is not folly but relationship within Tao
The learning is how to have vow within honor of Tao
honor of I and still within honor
to know humility — to have it meet with comet velocity in your face and heart
To feel the ripples of humility flow thru each of your cells over and over
again time and time again, endless time
And still to feel the core of I — it cannot be destroyed
It cannot – such fools that are to even try
for it is the I that is endless, with ourselves and within Tao
My matrix not yours
I do not seek power — that is not the way
I seek only to have the same heart, the same spirit and soul as Tao
To be one with creator — to go homeBut not alone — not with one I but many for we are one and the same –
To leave one I is to leave one essence of self
of my I
This journey is short but seems endless
It too will pass like the rain on a winter’s night
It is the heart of Tao which warms my I, strengthens and gives it power
That is all that is required.
All that is required.
Anything else heard and said is but part of the stage of millions of I’s. It is but a string on the web. It is but a spoke of the wheel. It is what is required, nothing more and nothing less.
I am nothing more and nothing less
