This book looks interesting and I have ordered it, it basically covers the
8 Seated Brocades (Ba Duan Jin) with original translations from Taoist immortal Li Ching-Yun. It also covers Instructions for opening the Eight Subtle Qi Centers and external stimulation of the Eight Meridians
and Twelve Cavities. It also covers Instructions for activating the qi through the Lesser Heavenly Circuit.DC
