ON LEARNING THE LANGUAGE
It is like learning the superficial societal language.
You cannot learn it by subtitle. Or aid of external instructors.

Only by letting go. And just watch the movies, listen and observe. Or go to the country/society where this is the tongue they use.. Just get immersed in the culture.
Within that you must totally accept the things coming to you. Not jumping to conclusions or trying to get meaning. You do that and you block the connection. It is ok if what you get is bellow the threshold of ordinary awareness and so unintelligeble.
At such point no subtitles or teacher can guide. It is only the heart that is deliverig the meaning.
The ways and language of society must become so natural to you that the language gets in your ear. You start hearing things. Then when you know (because of hearing them) the words then you speak the tongue.

First the energy, then the words. It is exercse in energetic development of (h)ears and tongue.

Learning a language is exercise in trust. When you let go you naturally connect to the center of culture that is breathing such language.

Trying to learn to tongues at the same time it will lenghten the trust period when only your heart will be the lead. Using the external method of teaching will also lenghten the period until intelligible meaning are cultivated.

In so it seems that superficial language of societies is not as superficial as it seems. The same goes for ‘internal’ language.

PERSONAL LANGUAGE ON CULTURAL LEVEL
Cultural centers exist. Personal centers exist. They can be misalligned.
It is ok to cultivate from both ways. Keeping both and alligning them. Letting go of one and fully embracing the other. Both ok.

Each culture is connected to the heart of humanity.
Thus each center of culture can be used to reach center of humanity.
One can even reach for the heart of human without cultivating connecting to the gravitational pulls of cultural leve, but such reach will always be influenced when passing the cultural level. In such case unconsciously.

Each subtle body development, each way is matter in existance on cultural level. Of course each individual heart is connected to tao on each level, so one’s actions affect also the cultural level.
So different actions/cultivation will have different resonance, depending on personal allignment.with larger gravity centers.

In daoist script is specific angle: differentiation of collection points (a substance word on all levels) and dan tien (hearts). Chakra system permanently connect certain connection points with dan tiens of centain level. Daoist script uses all collection points for working within/around each heart.
So there is difference in emphasies the dan tien cultivation.
