    I was wondering if anyone has experience traveling from the north hemisphere to the south (or vise versa) from an energetic perspective, and if they do any special practices to help in this transition, aside from the general stresses of long flights and jetlag.

    I will be heading off to Brazil (from the United State) and it will be a complete switch for 2 weeks (I will actually be there for the summer/winder solstices).

    Can anyone share or give any tips on things that may help in this transition?
    Or experiences as to what they may have observed on a subtle energetic level

    She’s a senior HT instructor and teaches at the summer retreats.
    She travels between NY and Argentina regularly.
    You might try talking with her.
