Aside from the Solstice Ceremony, there’s just “something” about that Deep Healing Qigong Form that is really powerful for me. It has definitely helped to accelerate the Jan 2 transformation.
I have a few theories as to why, but I need to think about it a bit more.
One thing that is interesting is that every time I do that form, it feels MORE powerful that the time before.
I am starting to “stabilize” now, and I am naturally starting to do qigong on a more frequent basis. I think that the transformation on January 2 was just so strong, so sudden, and caused so much of change, that I needed to get my bearings. In a way, I think that I was changing so fast that I was “afraid” I was going to lose myself. I would occasionally stop and wonder if I were “still me”. The answer was, of course, yes–just a different and better version of “me”.
The irony is, is that that is exactly what I wanted. I just didn’t think I would get it!

“reunion with the cosmic void, beyond all evolution
reuinon with a oneness within all things, unfolding as all things,
reuniting with itselfoneness with a consiousness spreading out through all things, united within all
things, constantly merging and diving with itselfotherwise felt as a spirit unfolding from a point of eternal peace
spreading out and mixxing with itself across all space and timebeyond life and death, clarity unfolding as myriad forms, whirling
through life and spaceforever and always united through everything”
