Interesting article, similar to methods used by Raymond Dextreit in his book “Earth Cures”, where he recommends use of clay, lemon juice/olive oil and fruits to flush and benefit the liver which in turn helps blood to carry out its oxygenating and immune system function. Also intersting is focus on enhancement of biolectricity…science points more towards function of qi.
I did not see anything to deal with depleted uranium, or other nuclear waste. Did I miss that in the article? Was there something I could take for deep ancetrial issues?
I think you could write some interesting articles. Yeah the first parts was sorta serious. The last part I was just poking fun at the over emphases on outer alchemy.

I have seen people do things that they doubt will work. I knew one guy that had a great experience which medical chi gong and acupuncture, but was an avid watcher of the show Bullshit with Pen & Teller. He also was into being skeptical of anything that was not the statues quo(have you notice it is rare to find some one that calls them selfs a skeptic to be a skeptic of the statue quo) any how, he let people on the internet and pen and teller talk him out of this great experience. I have seen similar stuff with gossip. So I agree doubt plays a role as in I doubt my experience or have less confidence in my experience then some out side authority.I’m not really clear on what you’re saying…my intention wasn’t to write an interesting article, just to post something.
When someones doubts themselves or their worthiness to make themselves better they generally won’t even try eating differently, tonic herbs etc., much less meditation, qigong or inner alchemy. If someone has the will to try something different then they will experiment until they find something that works, what is there to lose??? Their sickness!!! hahaha
Whether its your doubt or someone else’s doubt makes no difference.
