Your energy body can get benefits of watching a qigong form on dvd, especially if you hold that intention of having your energ body do it and download it. Deep healng is too long for you physically but it brings up earth chi from the five directions, which is what you need.
The ocean breathing method I am talking about is a modification of the…[Read more]

Sounds like chronic fatigiue symptoms….which have a variety of causes.
But many share same problem: weak earth element (stomach/spleen), and heart/fire element is busy dispersing your energy in all directions except earth.I’ve discussed this with many healers in the qigong community. consensus is that you need to start with a lot of basic…[Read more]

Nice essay. Bardon is one of the few western writers I respect, along with Walter Russell (Secret of Light, etc.).
He could have saved himself a lot of trouble by studying five shen theory relation to physiologicla perception. Then he would have understood taoist alchemy is experimental and relational within its formal aspects/principles. Tao…[Read more]

Not according to my atlantean scientist – priest guide.
Atlantis had more advanced technology than we do – based on capturing neutral force (non-polluting). They also had atomic weapons – all recorded in the Hindu epic the Ramayana.
They got the technology from aliens – by trading women for breeding. So Atlantis is our dark side in a…[Read more]

Try the Azores, farther out, right direction beyond the Pillars.
A giant continent, broken up into five islands, the sinking of the last one described by Solon. Happened over 30,000. years.

Rainbowbear,
These are big questions that I have many ideas and experience with – the basis of my answers, but nonetheless it is difficult to answer for someone else. I would suggest looking at a few principles.1. Everyone has amnesia. It is not punishment for being bad – I would especially work on releasing that negative thought form,…[Read more]

Michael Winn replied to the topic Why do we crave beauty? in the forum General 20 years, 2 months ago
I agree with Max – we are ultimately shaping our reality, even though it appears reality is shaping us.
I went through a period (some decades ago, time is speeding on) where I was trying to figure out why my mind was obsessed with sex. And I experimented by seeing every cute ass as filled with shit, i.e. focusing on the function of the ass…[Read more]

Thanks for sharing your experience, Matthew.
I am always curious as to the kind of progress is possible with audio tapes, since I don’t often get direct feedback from those students. There is an oral transmission on the tapes, but not the support of the group cauldron, no chance to ask questions, ond it lacks the concentrated mixture of qigong…[Read more]

I think this is a very profound subject.
Personally, after witnessing my wife (Joyce Gayheart) and her journey through a profound ocean of pain after a car accident and years of self-healing, i consider her far more whole body-enlightened than me. I hate pain, which means I am unable to hold neutral state towards it. Instead I heal it quickly -…[Read more]

fyi,
I routinely finance people to take retreats on extended payment plans, no interest. Ask for half down to pay the r&b.In the old days (in China), you would learn all this over a much longer period of time, which was beneficial to actually actualizing it. (smirk).
But westerners are in a heady rush. Until their body slows them down. Or…[Read more]

Michael Winn replied to the topic Zen and Tao merge? in the forum General 20 years, 2 months ago
My position is that all traditions share the same principles, no matter how hard they try to obscure them with cultural/deity forms. I like the Taoist tradition because their language about it is much more clear and succinct.
I believe it is a much older tradition, going back to Mu seveeral hundred thousand years, and that has allowed also the…[Read more] - Load More
