Michael Winn replied to the topic Hidden danger of using the million dollar point (question for Michael) in the forum Practice 19 years, 8 months ago
Among the many refinements I have made over the years to the original book, I feel one of the most important is understanding the danger of using the million dollar point.
In all my audio courses, I strongly suggest NEVER using pressure on the perineum point, not even in beginning training, nor at any poiint in the male training.
Reason is…[Read more]

Michael Winn replied to the topic Another question about the Deep Healing Chi Kung in the forum Practice 19 years, 9 months ago
Pema,
Primordial Qigong and Tai Chi for Enlightenment are identical. It has a multiple personality because wuji gong was developed by the 13th century founder of taiji (Chang San Feng), and I realized that most westerners have heard of tai chi but not qigong/chi kung. What most tai chi seekers are really looking for is wuji gong, with its…[Read more] -

Harry,
It’s probably more useful for you to direct your question to the healing tao office (Nancy). It was recorded on one track because of a defect in the recording device. The defect has been fixed by Marantz.

Mat,
Let me be the one that breaks the news to you. ricky is not a real person. he is split off aspect of either Max or Plato’s persona that has not yet quite been integrated by Chan meditation on the illusion of self. But your politeness to Ricky, and your willingness to give him a “self”, and plato or max by extension, is nonetheless…[Read more] -

I see what created my confusion.
When I followed the link posted for your book, the page popped open part way down the page, obscuring the title at the top indicating this was your website homepage. So I thought the links at the left were the table of contents to your book which was featured on the right.
I assumed this was a site…[Read more]

Both you and Max are a bit paranoid. I can understand it, allowing types like Ricky from Singapore to hang out in parts of your brain.
My questions, believe it or not, were straightforward, not the prelude to a sneak attack. I think we are in a new phase now where its more fun to play different games. So no need to go into a pre-defensive…[Read more]

I bought a large supply of the mushrooms themselves when visiting wudang shan last september.
I haven’t extracted their essence yet, so can’t report. But they are beautiful, giant mushrooms, each one looks like an immortal.Note I did read that it is the spores that contain the most active elements, so if not picked at the right time any…[Read more]

And it has a software for doing the Total I Ching readings on it, useful if you are travelling and don’t have a copy of the book with you. Free 14 day trial on the software. Allows you to toss coins/choose dowels manually and then use the program for the reading.
I will review his book and software at some point in future. Still the very best…[Read more]

Michael Winn replied to the topic wuji qigong and deep healing qigong in the forum Practice 19 years, 9 months ago
Matt,
Chris is right; they can be done in either order. Deep Healing works with post natal chi,
and Wuji takes you into pre-natal center of things. And we are always vibrating back and forth between the two, without end.
I consider the pair to be brother and sister forms, one goes counter clockwise and the other clockwise.
Best is to ask…[Read more] -

Plato,
glad to see you’ve harnassed your scorpionic powers to penetrate into the depths of prostate hell
and back.Questions:
1. What’s your definition of a neo-Taoist?
2. What appears to be a thorough table of contents about all aspects of prostatology is mis-matched by a book blurb that makes it seems as if you’ve put every idea…[Read more]

Michael Winn replied to the topic Trust and bliss in the forum General 19 years, 9 months ago
I think you raise some interesting issues here.
But words really fail to describe different levels of bliss.
I think what I call “post-natal” bliss would eventually exhaust the body if not allowed to regenerate.
Example: a lot of good sex, that eventually becomes too much and exhausts the jing. or eating a lot of good food, which at some…[Read more] -

Gemini,
I presume all of the good advice from others has given you pause and enough time to re-direct your life energy in a more positive, grounded direction.
Something to consider if you ever feel suicidal again. The illusion is that your suffering will
end if you end your physical body. It can seem like an act of free will, even…[Read more] -
Michael Winn replied to the topic Author: Richard Grossinger…Adi Da in the forum General 19 years, 9 months ago
Adi Da, formerly Franklin Jones, student of scientology and Swami Rudi, can be somewhat objectively described as a spiritual meglomaniac, a self declared World Teacher. That Ken Wilbur has long since distanced himself from (one of his biggest career mistakes was endorsing him, in my opinion).
But he seems to attract people at a certain phase of…[Read more]

I am glad you asked.
I am planning to destroy this reality next Sunday at exactly 12 midnight.
If you watch closely, you will see the old reality completely disappear, exactly at the moment I snap my fingers.
If a new reality appears in the next moment, just be grateful.

Bagua,
Interesting that your view of alchemical history is essentially conservative, i.e. literary records of scholars, who are the very intellectuals you believe are being attacked by the DDJ and Chan.
However, I think its likely true – that the specific form of One Cloud’s Formulas surfaced into public schools of internal alchemy during…[Read more]
