No in my family I am the only one who not know Finish. And beacase of a quite terrible health problem I wery seldom travel nowdays. But I have saved the homepage on my computer and if I will be better I perhaps look this up and travel to Finland to go some courses if they do them in English or Swedish.

I think I am also lifting the rig cages a litle when doing the reversed breathing. But I am not completely shore if it is ok or not, I think it´s ok, beacase it feels right. But on the other side I have not learned it by a teacher, but from a book. Thats why I´m not shore.

I think you have to practise this method a bit different depending on wich level you are at. So at the beging before having earth energy enough it might be wise to for instance lower the arms from time to time.
