I’m sure Steven will have a much more detailed explanation, but my guess would be what they call a “healing crisis.” From what I understand that is a detox effect in which it gets worse before it gets better. I have not practiced the Deep Healing Qigong so I can’t speak to that specifically.

Thanks Steven, good explanation as always. I see how this correlates with the navel counterforce movement, in which the hand motion is compressing (the chi ball) while you are breathing in and vice versa, which is actually the opposite of ocean breathing. This should help me out while doing the standing postures and movements.

That was really cool. I’d love to see the movement of our solar system relative to the other systems surrounding us, the Milky way, and other galaxies as well.

I know it is because of the kids, but right now there are things that are important that I don’t even get to do in the evening. If I get to cuddle with my 2 year old for 15 minutes before she goes to bed, that is way more important to me than even doing dishes or washing the baby bottles.
