Ejaculation as frequently as possible is often recommended for my condition and it does seem to reduce discomfort a lot but I don&#8217;t know what TCM would have to say about that one.  I&#8217;m taking both cipro and colloidal silver so now I&#8217;ll add the massage techniques recommended in the Healing Tao books.</p>

I did know that already.  But does that mean that the energy from the sperm is saved even if the energy from the semen is not?  Another factor is the unreliable nature of the Daoist method as a form of contraception since it takes so many years to learn the method thoroughly.</p>

I haven&#8217;t heard anything about starting after 30 being a problem, but I did start around the age of 25 or 26 and I am now 38.</p>
