Some leaning against the spiles; some seated upon the pier-heads; some looking over the bulwarks glasses! of ships from China; some high aloft in the rigging, as if striving to get a still better seaward peep. But these are all landsmen; of week days pent up in lath and plaster–tied to counters, nailed to benches, clinched to desks. How then is this? Are the green fields gone? What do they here? But look! here come more crowds, pacing straight for the water, and seemingly bound for a dive. Strange! Nothing will content them but the extremest limit of the land; loitering under the shady lee of yonder warehouses will not suffice. No. They must get just as nigh the water as they possibly can without falling in. And there they stand–miles of them–leagues. Inlanders all, they come from lanes and alleys, streets and avenues, –north, east, south, and west. Yet here they all unite. Tell me, does the magnetic virtue of the needles of the compasses of all those ships attract them thither? Once more. Say, you are in the country; in some high land of lakes. Take almost any path you please, and ten to one it carries you down in a dale, and leaves you there by a pool in the stream. There is magic in it. Let the most absent-minded of men be plunged in his deepest reveries–stand that man on his legs, set his feet a-going, and he will infallibly lead you to water, if water there be in all that region. Should you ever be athirst in the great American desert, try this experiment, if your caravan happen to be supplied with a metaphysical professor. Yes, as every one knows, meditation and water are wedded for ever.

But that is not an acceptable excuse today for claiming Darwinism is adequate to explain life and the evolution of consciousness. All debate about fossil records and lineage of species is a distracting side discussion if the fundamental cause of human life and death cycles cannot be explained scientifically. I believe the biggest advances in exploring the core issue of the nature of consciousness will come from Conscious Energy Science. I don’t know if Conscious Energy Science will evolve in tandem with Material Science, or as a process separate from it, but Change in our definition of science to include consciousness, Qi theory, or its equivalent is inevitable. The bigger question, addressed in Ch. 6 on evil Qi, is whether the side effect of current belief in materialism – gene manipulation and artificial intelligence – risk disturbing Nature’s equilibrium and can trigger a Second Fall of Humankind. By sharp contrast, Taoist cosmology holds that each human may cultivate Qi arising direct from Origin, and use it to gain control and cultivate their own highest worldly and spiritual destiny     Qi Drives Evolution of DNA and RNA   Cellular biologist Bruce Lipton points out every phase of evolution — from the single cell to multi-cell organisms, and from multi-cells to HUGE multicellular human communities — involves two things: expanded awareness, and expanded community. The multiple crises facing the natural world and human society are a necessary stage in evolution to a higher order. They are worried that organized religion’s claim to define and control “the divine” will re-assert itself in education, as per a centuries old battle between the two extreme belief systems. This means it is self-designing itself in an evolutionary process of Self-exploration. The power of causality spread along the entire multi-dimensional continuum of creation.   Primordial Tao cosmology solves the problem of science being unable to prove neo-Darwinism’s genetic theory: what animates and drives the gene code, and empowers its creative potential? The DNA and RNA present in a dead person have zero evolutionary potential without an underlying Life Force to animate and make them operative.   The presence of the Life Force — flowing through our genetic DNA code in spiraling patterns and in the RNA producing new proteins within our cells — is what unfolds their ingenious design. This definition of evolution as the unfolding of the Qi field is open-ended, allowing all levels of existence, material and spiritual, organism and environment, to co-evolve whatever nourishes its highest harmony in that moment.   Evolution is Multi-Dimensional   If a civilization collapses and millions of people die because it was built on unsustainable treatment of the environment, that whole cycle of learning is evolutionary. It is a valuable lesson that is absorbed into the Qi Field as collective memory. We must stop viewing history as linear repetions of itself in the physical plane; the learning is also multi-dimensional. It gets encoded into the succeeding waves of souls incarnating onto Earth. It’s why each human generation always feels it is smarter than their parents – because they are! They hold within themselves information from a higher spiral of consciousness. Sometimes variations on a theme have to be played in order to get the lesson fully; we could say Humankind is a slow learner, OR that the forces of resistance (aka Dark Side) learn more quickly and require additional attention that will bring them fully into consciousness. 1. Buyer’s Signatory returns either a full Official Letter of Intent or ICPO with Legal details of the Buyer for insertion into FCO/Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA); providing Legal Address, Company Name of Buyer, Etc.;

 

2. The Seller signs and seals the FCO and buyer returns with countersignature and issue SPA

 

3. The Seller and Buyer sign, seal and exchange the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA);

 

4. The Seller and his Banker/Bullion Officer will wait 72 hours, Three (3) Banking days for the Buyer’s Attorney to confirm with a Buyer’s Affadavit that AGT has a signed copy of a mutually agreed upon Forward Contract of Sale (FCOS) in the amount of $00,000,000.00 covering the first 3 months of delivery of the Au Metal Standard Hallmarked Bars.

 

5. Upon receipt and confirmation of Buyer’s Affadavit, the Seller will begin processing Au Bullion Concentrate into Au Metal Standard Hallmarked Bars to be transferred to the Buyer´s Account at____________________(refinery). Said transfer of Hallmarked Bullion Bars from Seller’s refinery to the Buyer’s Account shall occur not more than 15 days from the Seller’s receipt of the Buyer’s Affadavit. Upon receipt of the Hallmarked Bullion Bars into its account at the refinery, the Buyer shall activate its Forward Contract of Sale (FCOS) which will trigger the transfer the funds to the Seller’s Bank Account. The Seller shall transfer the Au Metal Standard Hallmarked Bars to the Buyer, and transferr title/ownership, pending payment of funds within 72 hours.

 

6. Buyer shall pay the Seller for the Aurum Utalium (AU) Hallmarked Bars delivered under the terms of this contract, in clean, clear United States Dollars of non-criminal and non-terrorist origin, by a wire transfer for 100% of the face value of the Hallmarked Bars (less the agreed discount) contained in each shipment delivered to the Buyer within 72 hours of receipt of delivery.
