In Fusion 3/8 extraordinary vessels there is lots of attention on the belt channel at various levels. I read that it has mainly Gall Bladder (GB) points in acupuncture. Elsewhere on forum you have talked about habits of poor boundaries, weak belt channel. Seems like compromised GB could impact upon the liver. More ocean breathing and belt channel work to support (8 Extraordinary channels chi kung video). Seems like Liver naturally gets annoyed, frustrated, if boundaries habitually collapsed and confused. Another more mainstream view on coconut oil.
