Hi all,
I’m currently in the process of listening to the Michael’s Fusion 1 audio. As sometimes happen, as I’m listening I have one question constantly on my mind: How do I translate this into a daily practice session of, say, 30 minutes or so? Can anyone suggest what a daily Fusion practice might look like?
thanks,
elephantNovember 2, 2015 at 1:47 pm #45056I would recommend getting Marie Favorito’s audio CD: Fusion 1 and 2 CD. Besides Chia’s book and Winn’s articles, that is how I learned it. I created a practice based on these three sources that I talked about on the forum here: Fusion 1 Practice and here: Fusion Practice Development. I plan to eventually get Winn’s audio, which I feel usually gets me into a deeper practice. I figured the practice would be clearer with his audio…
November 2, 2015 at 5:31 pm #45058thanks. Maybe this is more complicated than I imagined. Lots of material to work through. I ordered Marie’s Cd and Chia’s book. I will try to follow Steven’s advice: use Marie’s Cd to see the forest through the trees, then add Michael’s modifications. The good news is that just circulating the energy around the pearls for a few minutes immediately creates a lighter and clearer feeling.

If you have not done so, I would recommend learning the Deep Healing Qigong set at some point; the “nourish the 5 shen/spiral love in the creation cycle” part is the qigong that Michael does with Fusion 1. It is also a great form altogether.
Good luck and enjoy the ride!
