I’m on retreat in Holland, with Wendy… things are cooking nicely. we’re doing a spring equinox ceremony here.
The energy of spring is one of expansion….you can do the ceremony similar to what was described for the winter solstice, only facing East and invoking the Life Force to help you EXPAND in some aspect of your life. Best done at sunrise….
Hope you all capture the chi and put it to good work!
